Job Description

The Sales Manager for Growers Collection is responsible for revenue, sales planning and managing projects to support our constantly-evolving customer portfolio. This role will serve as a liaison between business and technical departments inside the organization as well as maintain a high level of external customer satisfaction.  The Sales Manager will be responsible for working with exclusive partners/customers and shepherding projects from sales and product conception, through manufacturing and customer delivery.  This is a role which requires a high degree of customer relationships and accountability in delivering projects on-time and in-full for our valued customers.

 Essential Functions 

  • Network and build relationships with approved partners.
  • Manage all communication for sales and product activity with partners.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients for business growth.
  • Drive sales opportunities based on partnership opportunities or plans.
  • Build sales presentations according to client’s needs.
  • Organize customer/account meetings and prepare agendas and meeting notes.
  • Build sales plans per customer/partner product plans in order to sell into the market.
  • Partner with distributors and retailers in order to sell exclusive products developed.
  • Manage all sales with collaboration products under Growers Collections.  
  • Negotiate terms company needs with partner in order to have a success collaboration.
  • Assist in concluding needed legal agreements with partners.
  • Project manage all approved products with partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments in order to complete needed projects.
  • Develop and maintain client reports.
  • Inform management of any changes to business relationships.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status, and relevant problems.
  • Follow up with partners to make sure that they are satisfied with a product
  • Provide excellent customer service for to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend tradeshows as requested.
  • Travel – 15-25% of your time.
